  • Alternatively, you may buy an existing property and eliminate these risks.

  • the price is discounted compared to brand new properties
  • you can upgrade and add value to the property relatively cheaply.

Disadvantages: financing may be more difficult.

    • Expects complete furnishing with sufficient supply of TVs,internet connection and cable.
    • The lessee also expects 24/7 services, and you need to decide how you can fulfill this standard.
